PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

A "public performance" is any performance of a videocassette, DVD, videodisc or film which occurs outside of the home, or at any place where people are gathered who are not family members, such as in a school or library. All of the prices listed on the dividable film pages include public performance rights, however no charges can be made for admission.

TELEVISION

Television rights for cable, commercial or educational television are specifically NOT included with the life of copy license, rental, or preview of Concord Media titles.

Every programme on this website is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Licensing for life of copy, rental or previewing of any Concord Media videocassette or DVD DOES NOT include the right to duplicate, digitize, transfer to any other medium, transmit by television or other devices or processes in whole or in part, edit, adapt or alter the program in any way whatsoever, without prior written permission from Concord Media. No admission may be charges for any Concord Media programme (whether rented, previewed, or licensed) without written permission from Concord Media
