All titles are sent 1st class, but sales are always sent by recorded delivery. Charges are calculated:

£10.00 - £24.99 = £4.00 ; £25.00 - £74.99 = £5.00
£75.00 - £149.99 = £6.00 ; £150.00+ = £10.00

Charges could be changed without notice. Normally you will receive your order within one week to two weeks. If you need quicker service, we can ship by 2nd Day. Please call first to confirm that we have the programme in stock.

If you wish to hire a title, please email us beforehand to check if available for your showdate

International

Shipping charges will depend on how you want the program(s) shipped: by air mail or surface mail etc.

Note: The common denominator to all the titles on this web site is that Concord Media has non- theatrical rights within the UK. Outside the UK the rule of thumb is that if the producer listed is a well-known large institution, such as Granada Television, National Film Board of Canada, Film Australia, etc., then we probably can NOT sell the programme overseas. However, if the producer sounds like an independent company or producer, then we probably CAN sell you the programme.

Overseas:

ProForma Invoices will be issued if required on receipt of orders. Customers in EU member states need to quote their VAT number at the time of ordering, otherwise orders will be liable for VAT at the prevailing UK Rate. Prepayment is required for all orders from Overseas customers, in Pounds Sterling, and can be made by any of the normal means.
